Marketers, salespeople, and post-sales personnel use a variety of tools in B2B companies. It takes a lot of time and effort to coordinate data operations across different platforms and teams to win or retain a customer. Since 2021, Rollworks has invested in an automation feature that enables users to scale and coordinate their sales and marketing efforts across multiple platforms. It aims to streamline the process and, as a result, reduce the number of days it takes to win or retain customers.

RollWorks: LinkedIn Audience Sync

In Q3 2022, RollWorks launched Audience Sync, enabling marketers to push segmented account audiences from RollWorks to LinkedIn for precise targeting. Marketers can use consistent audiences to run advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and RollWorks.

We built a campaign dashboard app that aims to better target insurance, retirement, and investment products to participants or customers.

This case study showcases a full design process: MVP User Story, Sketch/Whiteboard, Prototype for User Testing, Feedback, Design Review, and Final Design.

I worked directly with our product design director in building a design system from the ground up using Figma. Our design system provides visual guidelines, reusable components, IxD patterns, and documentation. It has reduced design debt, accelerated the process, and built bridges between design and development teams working in concert to bring products to life.

Thrillist and Carnival Cruise Line®: Island Hoppers

B2C Product | UX and UI Design Lead

Carnival Cruise Line® worked with Group Nine Media’s travel-and-entertainment brand Thrillist on a comedy-competition series named “Island Hoppers” in 2019. Our team designed and built a site to host video content and promote Carnival Cruise Line’s travel plans. This campaign was “Best of the Week'' on Numerator in June 2019.

Thrillist and Verizon: City of More

In 2019, Verizon worked with Thrillist on a campaign called “City of More”. It featured three cities with Verizon 5G ultra wideband network. Our team designed and built this travel hub with both video and article content. It aimed to attract travelers and promote Verizon services.

The Dodo and Resolve Carpet Cleaner: The Pet School

B2C Product | UX and UI Design

Bringing home a new pet can be overwhelming. The Dodo, Group Nine’s animal brand, partnered with Resolve, a pet mess expert, to launch a new, four-course curriculum campaign that prepares digital audiences for the biggest lessons and useful tips for new pet ownership. Our team designed and built this custom content hub with training materials, a checklist, and downloadable tips about best practices.
