Verizon customer service representatives run live diagnostics on customersโ€™ mobile devices through this web portal, which allows them to check current performance, review historical reports, execute remote troubleshooting and fix issues on-the-fly. The site follows modern responsive design principles, but is shown below in a 4:3 aspect ratio used by the majority of customer service representatives at Verizon. Due to NDA restrictions, some flows and content have been omitted or modified.
