Verizon customer service representatives run live diagnostics on customers’ mobile devices through this web portal, which allows them to check current performance, review historical reports, execute remote troubleshooting and fix issues on-the-fly. The site follows modern responsive design principles, but is shown below in a 4:3 aspect ratio used by the majority of customer service representatives at Verizon. Due to NDA restrictions, some flows and content have been omitted or modified.
