I transform users’ journeys into cohesive product experiences

A cohesive experience is developed based on a thorough understanding of the user journey. It is crucial to the success of a self-serve product. As a designer, I present stakeholders, product managers, and engineers with a holistic design vision that addresses the key user journeys. I encourage the team to develop features that meet users' needs, wants, and expectations through consistent and empathetic approaches.

For the past ten years, I have led and contributed to all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframes, branding, prototypes, usability testing, demos, and high-fidelity product designs. I conduct thorough user research and analysis to identify pain points, user behaviors, and key moments in the user journey. I'm passionate about designing seamless and delightful experiences that solve real user problems. I work with leadership and product teams to define a clear design vision and translate that vision into a roadmap of initiatives and projects that will bring it to life. I strive to provide businesses with design strategies that will help them to scale and grow over time.

I have led the design of an automation feature called Workflows, which provides a variety of integrated features that support cross-channel marketing, marketing to sales handoffs, and data attributions. I also provided design solutions for LinkedIn Audience Sync and unified Integration Settings. Additionally, I facilitate cross-BU design discussions in order to establish a common design language.

As part of the Global R&D team, I developed self-serve experiences for Next-Generation Digital Insurance Products. I have designed administrative platforms, campaign management systems, and pension/retirement estimators for clients such as Lincoln Financial Group, Prudential Financial, and MetLife.

SEP 2018 - MAY 2020, DIGITAL ADVERTISING

With co-branded content from Group Nine's featured brands Thrillist, The Dodo, and PopSugar, I designed and shipped over 10 advertising campaign websites. Clients include Carnival Cruise Line, Verizon Wireless, Resolve Carpet Cleaner, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, and Discover Card. The Island Hoppers campaign won the “Best of the Week'' on Numerator in June 2019. (In 2022, Group Nine Media was acquired by Vox Media.)

My mobile-first design experience includes the redesign of My Verizon Mobile, the smart city app, the datameter app, and the wearable payment app. In addition, I assisted the diagnostics team in developing a tool for internal data analytics.
